What if the product is received in damaged condition?
We take utmost care into making sure your product reaches you safely. But in the unforeseen situation you receive your Recess Chocolates bottle in a damaged condition or damaged in transit, please call our customer care at 1800 103 020 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. Following which if necessary, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.
P.S.: Our normal support hours are Monday - Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm IST.
The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either through the website or offline by calling Recess Chocolates. However you can get details on the status of the order by calling Recess Chocolates.
In case the order which is paid through credit card is cancelled due to non availability of the ordered product, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by Recess Chocolates. The same would reflect in the next credit card statement.
